However, you can enroll in the program at anytime. Runners/walkers should have a base mileage of 12-15 miles per week. For those who do not have this base, a slower build up in mileage will be suggested and available. This proven and efficient, 24-week program is for all runners or walkers at all paces. Fleet Feet Sports Marathon Training Group (FFSMTG) includes orientation, aid stations and marked courses in Alamo Heights, Terrell Heights, Terrell Hills, and Olmos Park. Each Sunday, our long run meets at Fleet Feet San Antonio at 6:00 AM. We have a marked course and aid stations. We also have group runs on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 AM beginning at Fleet Feet Sports. Training schedules will be available for the Runners/walkers should have a base mileage of 12-15 miles per week. For those who do not have this base, a slower build up in mileage will be suggested and available. Our 24 week program allows for these adjustments and will prepare all for their event and distance.
